You’ve planned your heart out, now it’s time to sit back and be a guest at your own event. With our Event Management service (a.k.a. Day of Coordination), we step in about eight weeks before your date and tie up all the loose ends. We attend final vendor appoitments, create an itinerary and floorplana, do a pre-event meeting, place decor items, and run the rehearsal. On the day of your wedding, our team is the first to show up and the last to leave the venue. We’re the boots on the ground, making sure every element runs flawlessly from start to finish. Also includes use of our exclusive online planning software, an assistant coordinator on the day, and use of our event emergency kit.

Need all the benefits of wedding management plus a little extra help turning your ideas into one cohesive event? Our Guided Planning service is for couples who are at least halfway through the planning process. This is a tandem approach where you’ll take the lead but we’re there to guide you through the remaining steps. We’ll provide you with well-researched reccomendations and attend meetings for your remaining vendors, budget management, monthly check-ins, and design assistance. You'll also get everything that’s included in the Management service.

Sit back and relax, knowing we’ve got your back throughout the entire planning process. Our Full Planning & Design service is for those just getting started on their wedding journey and want assistance every step of the way. We’ll go on site visits and help you secure a venue and date, provide all vendor reccomendations, attend all consultations and meetings, review contracts, and fully develop a mood board and style guide for the wedding. You'll also get a second assistant on the day and everything included in the coordination service.
